Pets

Can I bring my pet?
Ecoasis is a wildlife sanctuary and conservation property, so pets are generally not allowed outdoors for the protection of both your animal and the native wildlife. However, we do consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

• Pets must remain indoors at all times

• Any damage to fixtures or furnishings must be covered by the guest

• A pet fee of $85 applies if approved

• We are considerate and will approve all reasonable requests

Children & Families

Is Ecoasis adults-only?
We believe in wholesome inclusive getaways. Our chalets are designed for privacy, with generous space between each. Children are welcome to experience Ecoasis and there are plenty of really fantastic attractions to engage your kids, from the Uki mountain bike park, just 1Km from your door step, The norther rivers rail trail , Hosanna Farm stay just 3 min away has great day pass activities for kids including farm tour and feeding the animals. and so much more, just ask us and we will help curate your adventures.

For those seeking the utmost privacy, we recommend Hidden Valley Chalet or Hideaway Chalet, which are the most secluded options where you wont hear or see another person.

Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, Ecoasis is well-suited for intimate gatherings, retreats, and special ceremonies. We work closely with local partners and can support a wide range of experiences.

Stays & Chalets

How many chalets are there?
Ecoasis offers 6 private chalets, each with unique views and settings. They are designed for couples, expect for range view is a double chalet designed for 2 couples with extra mobile beds for the kids.
Our chalets can also accommodate small families or groups when booked together.
Main residence is now available for hire.
suitable for group events, the main residence is designed as a yoga chalet with 3 king bedrooms and kitchen for serving.

Do you have internet and phone coverage?
Due to our natural setting, coverage may vary depending on your provider. Optus and Telstra get good reception expect in the hideaway and hidden valley there is NO reception, however the star link wifi reaches to hideaway and hidden valley chalet. We encourage guests to embrace the opportunity to unplug and immerse in nature.

STAY-CATIONS & SLOW TOURISM
Star link WiFi is available on most of the property and included complimentary.
Our large two story chalets are perfect for the longer stay. Be it a wellness outcome, finish your project inspired by nature and undisturbed by the world, write that book or digital nomads finding their next base. What ever your outcome is, our Ecoasis chalet will provide all of your essential living needs with fully appointed kitchens, full fridge, ovens, gas stoves, microwaves, BBQ and alfresco dinning, extensive decks, sun beds, forest bathing, day beds, Luxury ensuite with spa baths, plush towels, and the wild pristine forest surrounding you. All whilst living in ecologically designed natural spaces designed for health and wellbeing.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability. A surcharge may apply.

Do you offer catering?
We have a commercial kitchen form which our in-house chef or your choice of chef may provide for your event. Our chalets come with a hamper menu that stocks your kitchen before you arrive. We also have a network of local chefs that can cater for your private romantic dinner in your chalet. see our hamper menu here
