In the old days, there was no separation between peoples and the land (Country). The mind did not see oneself as separate from the spirits of ancestors or the spirits of trees, birds, water, or landforms. Country was as sacred and as nourishing, as life reborn, each generation. A new animal moving across a Country was a gift, peoples seeking trade or safe passage, came with gifts and the blessings of their own ancestors.

Ecoasis is your home away from home to enjoy everything the Tweed Shire and surrounding region has to offer, including really good food, powerful healing arts, nutritionally dense produce, world-famous musicians and culture.

We acknowledge that Ecoasis - Mami Wata sits on Bundjalung country and recognise the generations of the local Aboriginal people of the Bundjalung Nation as traditional owners and custodians of these lands. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emmerging.

For the gourmet, the kitchen will only add to your pleasure. The two story chalet has plenty of room to unwind and relax. Dine indoors or out on your own private balcony. Downstairs is your bedroom with ensuite with views from your claw foot spa bath. A private balcony downstairs to relax on and take in the picturesque views of the mountain ranges.

  • Relax on your own private balcony and just feel the presence of this ancient world. The views from both the living areas and the bedroom are amazing. Mt Warning is forever changing with amazing colours.

    Downstairs you will walk into your separate lounge, dining and kitchen areas surround you in comfort and luxury. Walk upstairs into a large luxurious bedroom, complete with canopy over the plush queen size bed. Your bedroom balcony comes complete with sun lounges and egg chair. Stunning views from your corner spa bath and double shower complete the perfect ensuite. Soak in the views of Mt Warning. Truly indulgent. Perfect for a romantic getaway or honeymoon.

  • Surround yourself in nature. This chalet features one bedroom with queen size bed with en suite and traditional claw foot bath/shower, open the doors beside your bath to bathe with nature. Even with the floor to ceiling glass, your privacy is maintained. Upstairs you will find the second bathroom and lounge room with pull out sofa. Off the full size kitchen is a private balcony to enjoy a meal cooked on your own gas BBQ. Your own private views of the mountain ranges are beautiful. Nestle in and soak up the tranquillity.

  • Beautiful views to the border ranges. Be at one with nature, looking through the large timber windows in both your living and bedroom areas. Downstairs features two queen size bedrooms both with en suites. Open the doors in the bathrooms to let nature in, a unique experience. The large lounge area upstairs, is a great space to unwind inside and opens to a spacious private balcony. The outdoor setting is a relaxing setting to share with friends. The large BBQ will allow you to entertain in the outdoors as well as take in the serenity.

  • Beautifully secluded and set in amongst a lush canopy of trees. Very private, secluded, romantic, stress free, with only a sense of pure relaxation and wonderful luxury is all yours after an 80 metre hilled bush walk to your front door. Dine in the tree tops or relax on a sun lounge on either one of your own private balconies. This chalet features a queen size bed, double shower and corner spa bath luxury. For the gourmet, the kitchen will only add to your pleasure. The two story chalet has plenty of room to unwind and relax. Downstairs is your bedroom with en suite with views for the Australian bush, so peaceful and tranquil. An amazing spot to unwind from everyday technology. No mobile reception, no internet service, no free to air TV. There is TV and DVD player to snuggle in and watch a movie.

  • Tucked away in our beautiful hidden valley, a 60 metre hilled walk through the bush leads you to our very secluded and private chalet. Enjoy lazy days on your deck basking in the soft forest light. Even with the vast two storey floor to ceiling glass, your privacy is ensured. Upstairs you will find the second bathroom with corner spa bath and lounge room. Off the full size kitchen is a private balcony to enjoy a meal cooked on your own gas BBQ. Your own private views of the beautiful Australian bush. The perfect chalet to getaway from everyday technology, no mobile service, no internet or free to air television. There is a TV and DVD player so snuggle in and watch a movie.

 

It is important to support local buisness

We are grateful for your support. We are very lucky to have spacious chalets with lots of trees and fresh air for you to enjoy. While the ants and spiders never rest in weaving cobwebs and dust,  we want you to know we have implemented strict hygiene precautions over and above our normal cleaning routines. Using commercial grade chemical free sanitiser on all keys, door handles, light switches and surfaces in our chalets. 

We have donated 60% of our land to the Bio Diversity Conservation Trust to protect the local fauna and flora of our region, especially Koala bears, in perpetuity. This has opened up a Wild life corridor in our entire neighbourhood for native specifies to thrive and visitors to explore on our extensive walking tracks.

What does our world need more of? As consumers, where-ever we choose to spend our money ie we are investing in the ethos that particular product or service represents. What do you want to see more of in our world?
