There is a profound correlation between Tea & Life that is revealed through the process of sampling the finest grades of High Mountain Oolong in the ancient Chinese tea ritual of "Gong Fu Cha” (Tea kung Fu).

Tea & Chi Gong
A seasonal morning practice combining the meditative ritual of tea with the gentle, flowing movements of Chi Gong.
Guided by the principles of Cha Dao (The Way of Tea) and traditional movement practices, this class offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. Through mindful tea preparation and embodied movement, participants are invited to cultivate vitality, clarity, and calm while aligning with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
This practice is especially supportive during times when life speeds up and the body is asking us to pause, listen, and re-align.

REPLENISH RETREAT
Tea & Treatment – Every 3rd Wednesday of the MonthA restorative half-day retreat designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit through the healing traditions of tea and embodied practice.
Guided by ancient wisdom, this experience invites you to slow down and restore balance, cultivating Yin replenishment in the midst of our often Yang-driven lifestyles. Through ritual, movement, and deep listening practices, the body harmonises with the season while nourishing the Jin Ye — the body’s deep internal fluids, supporting resilience through seasonal transitions.

Tea Tidings

Tea Tidings is a special gathering we host twice each year at the tea house, bringing people together through the timeless ritual of tea and storytelling.
Set in the beautiful natural surroundings of the tea house and pavilion, each event features an inspirational guest speaker sharing their story, insights, or wisdom while guests enjoy a large communal tea sitting of 50–80 people.
Rooted in the spirit of Cha Dao, Tea Tidings offers a space to listen, reflect, and connect in community—where tea becomes a bridge between people and shared experience.

Online Tea Lessons
A series of guided online classes exploring the art and practice of traditional tea preparation.
Held live on Zoom, participants are invited to join with their tea set and prepare tea together in a shared learning space. This series offers a comprehensive introduction to the Gong Fu Cha method, focusing on practical techniques and the deeper understanding of tea.
Each session explores a different variety of tea, with step-by-step guidance on preparation, including steeping times, quantity, water temperature, storage methods, and the health properties of each tea.
Designed to enrich your personal tea practice, these lessons invite you to discover the subtle dimensions of tea and its traditional role as a gentle medicine for the body.
