Requirements: The intro session will include some tea preparation, so great to have your tea set and tea on hand but not essential.
The classes are held online with zoom. Your invited to join us with video on your tea set and prepare tea together. Each week we will explore a different variety of Tea and I will guide us step by step with the protocols for that tea, tea ware, temperature, step times and so on. Together we will discover deeper dimensions within the tea and how it effects our body as a medicine.
There is a profound correlation between Tea & Consciousness revealed through sipping tea in the ancient Chinese tea ritual of the "Gong Fu Ceremony” (Tea Kung Fu).
Like all martial arts, Tea Kung Fu is a doorway to higher states of consciousness, health and wellness. This series will establish your Tea life and will take you on a journey through your inner landscape, awakening your senses and subtle bliss states.
